Parents intermittently murmuring or snoring in the other room
a girl with poor circulation.
But a calm.
That's the way I love to conclude my night, on a note before sleep.

A temple washed with a good spot of tea
and a spiritual, almost subconscious absorption of The Beatles
makes for a cleansing experience, an indeliberate plan of a pure child-like resonance.

It's time for healing
and it's time to shed some skin.
"To better" implies flaws.
