Game of Thrones on tv
So I've just seen the first two episodes, and I've preordered the whole series that will be released next week.
Anyway two things: I find it a lot easier to accept things in tv than in books. I thought book-Arya was a cliché, but I like TV-Arya.
Also normally I prefer rugged, dark-haired guys, and this series sure have plenty (Ned, Robb, Jon [face_drool]), but from now and then I get floored by the blond-almost sociopath (Simon from JCS anyone). And yes, that means that I've started to like Jaime Lannister. I can't stand him in the book, eventhough I understand that he will get more interesting further on, but on TV....
I'm also really annoyed that the rest of ASOIAF that I ordered this weekend still haven't been shipped. If I had known I might as well have ordered them together with the TV-series from amazon.
