Rose's life in bullet point
Ok I know I haven't updated in forever, but a lot has been going on. Here's whats going on in Rose's life.
why am I writing this? because I feel like it, fuckers.
LOVE
-My dad and his girlfriend, Robyn, are getting married sometime this year. They are eloping and then having a big party in August. I got to know Robyn durring my two day stint at my dad's before New Years and she's the shit. we get along swimingly. I like her better than my dad, but that was to be expected. I'm so glad they are getting married. She's going to make a kick ass step mom. (we talk about marketing, art, and politics...my favorite subjects.) I'm really happy for my dad and am very glad that I now won't have to be his sole caretaker in his crazy old age (what, sometimes I'm practical)
-Lawrence just finished his divorce settlement and he's about to officially become my stepdad (sweeeeeeeeeeet). My mom and him are getting married in either march of april, depending. It'll be a weekend affair. I'm excited. So is my mother.
-My mom was diagnosed with Lymes disease and we all thought she was gonna die. Fortunately she was eligible for the antibiotic anti-aging hormone treatment shit and she will not die (she will out live us all)
-My older brother (Nate) and I are talking again and I met my neice for the first time. She looks just like I did as a baby (which is creepy) and acts like I did too (which is amusing, but only for me) I suspect that is why Nate and I are back in contact (in case the kid ends up gay like me or something).I also saw Connor, my nephew. He's 7 and hilarious. Perfect kids thus far. (good job Nate)
-My oldest Brother, Charlie, and his wife are adopting a russain kid this february. His name is Ijor (five bucks say they change it) I'll have another nephew (more children for my dyky auntie rose to spoil.).
-my sister and her boyfriend are going to get married at some point...don't know when. I'm going to Amsterdam with them this June. Alex is coming too. God damn right. They are the coolest.
-Alex is going into culinary school (kendel) in a year. Living in chicago bitches.
-I got a girlfriend, her name is Anna. She's an actress at Columbia. I spend a great deal of time with her and its cool.
-I'm directing Ghosts by Henrik Ibsen this March. It's going to be depressing and hilarious. sweeet.
-Sandy is moving into the apartment below me with another room mate. I have two rooms open. Who wants to live with me?
