Sin City
When I first saw the trailer for this movie, I had never really heard of the graphic novel (or at least could remember I had heard of it). But there was something about the whole look and feel of the film that gave me this got feeling that said "this is something that's been around the block a few times." I think I might like Sin City. It's got that whole noir feel that feels gritty, stylish and cool but not overdone, despite the fact that the trailer tries to pass off "Hard-top, with a good engine, and a large trunk," as a heroic/cool line.
Anyways, what I was wondering was this, for anyone that would be able to answer it for me: Is Sin City the graphic novel good enough to be worth my time? Secondly, will I even be able to find the first few issues at any shops, or is it a hopeless endeavor.
So long as I'm being a geek, the season finale for Battlestar: GALACTICA is next week, and that makes me sad.
