It's so nice here, a lot of snow and quiet. We've spent some time playing at snowballs and Egor've fought against three adults and won :-)) I like it he could do it that cool and confident for three years old, but I'm not happy that he took accuracy after his father

I understand completely. When J. and I are alone and when I do my shopping around here, I speak only in French. With most of the other people in my life, I speak in English. Sometimes I get mixed up and speak "Frenglish".
Other times I forget words, although I've been speaking French fluently for 35 years now, so it's pretty natural for me. Sometimes it's the English words I forget! =>}
When our "kids" visit, I often speak in French to J. and then in English to them, although they're both bilingual too. It leads to some funniness, especially since our son-in-law doesn't understand French. *g*
I'm just a mixed up kid. =>}

I've studied Latin, Ancient Greek, German and Spanish, but I don't remember much of any of them. *sigh*

I've studied Ancient Greek too, though I'd begun from Modern, except several words and expressions to travel now the biggest thing I remember by heart (though don't know why) are words on the tomb of 300 Spartan's and from Latin i remember the beginning of Gaelic wars :-))
My sister knows Spanish a little, French and English better, Italian a little. It turned out with the years she's faster to catch with the language than me :-)

I'm very good at languages, but the Latin and Greek were forty years ago and although I could speak German and Spanish after my courses, I never had a chance to practice, so I've lost them now.
I DO recognize the odd words here and there and the Greek and Latin have helped me with my English vocabulary at times. =>}
