balm for a tired body and a hangry, grumpy heart
- Being more than an hour late to dinner with Shan2 and Fuzzy cos agh urgent announcement. Arrived past 10pm to find they had grilled some meat for me, and left me some yummy beef fried rice and asari clams. In less than 40mins I also manage to chow down some more pork belly, wagyu chuck and mushrooms before the restaurant tells us they really gotta close.
- also good wholesome food is literally such a balm against sugar cravings. like after you have tasted real food, you can't settle for a cheap (or not so cheap) substitute.
- this morning at the gym, the locker room aunty saw me having trouble with my locker key. was gonna give up and ask for another locker, but the aunty insisted that she would go get the replacement locker key for me so i have more time to get ready :')
