Julian is doing wonderfully in kindergarten. He has started reading, though he tells me that he is not reading, he "just recognized the word". He is having so much fun! Julian is in the other room right now exclaiming, "Yeah! I'm learning to read! I'm learning to read right now!"
I am so thrilled for him! I remember feeling the exact same way when I learned to read.
It is a jolly good day right here.

Julio read that on the TV tonight. We were watching NASCAR together. I love my boy! I am so proud!

So we started a new system for encouraging Ju to follow directions around the house (thanks to my friend Nancy). We give him a star when he goes to bed and stays there the first time we ask.
