Burning the midnight oil
Fuck me i'm wasted. Sleep deprivation is not good kiddies. Forgetting to go to bed is neither big nor clever. It does however have the most sublime aroma, like water lillies floating on the fart of a particularly radiant angel, who's strich dieting regieme over the previous week had been nothing but strawberries and cream.
Anyway, i pretty much aced all my exams, went to a few cool gigs, got broke, and decided the best thing to waste some time was to think up what i really really NEED. So here you go.
Sennheiser eH-2270 studio cans
Approx. £80. But my god they're worth every penny. My little studio grows bigger by the day.
HP Photosmart 8881 docking station
Approx. £45. Daylight robbery, but docking stations are just so damn sexualtastic.
K2 Darkstar 157cm snowboard '05
Approx. $400. Sooooo beautiful dude. Carbon torsion forks, dual progressive sidecut, multicore, biaxial glass.... such an unbelievably sweet freeriding board. I MUST have this.
Sony HDRFX1
Approx. £2,150. A fair old hefty price tag, but using this thing would be like kissing God.
Scarpa Alpha hiking boots
Approx. £220. Chunky old wad of cash for a pair of shoes, but unless i want to die over the summer of foot annihilation i'm gonna need some of these bad boys. 3 months of trekking takes it's toll.
So, getting on for three grands worth of toys there, but there's always hope. After all, Christmas is just under 11 months away. In other news, i've found a superb little independant political bookshop on Lever St. in Manchester. A quaint little place called the Basement. It's got a veggie cafe, art displays, free internet access and all sorts. I may well have to start living there.
Plans for tomorrow (well today, but let's not get overly pedantic here, eh?):

Buy train tickets for Minami and Sheffield
Eat a curry
Record some new songs
Forget it's Monday
Insult ugly people
Find some sort of free hosting site for me to whack some tunes up to. Speaking of this, anyone got any ideas or suggestions as to where might fulfil this entirely selfish whim?
