The odd thing about Muslims
I was reading an observation from Beslan Tsechoev and I very much agree with him .
Apart some friends here on livejournal, who kindly posted their wishes or replied to mine, both at the beginning of Ramadan and for Eid, none or almost, of all the Muslims I know, and to whom I sent emails or sms, replied or started a wishful salutation .
Most congratulations came from non Muslims, which is also mainly due to the wave of modern political correctness that is surrounding us, but definitely a sign of good will .
Now I am aware of the fact that those I know in the M.E. or other places , are busy with preparations and visits to relatives, while I do not have a Muslim family nor a very crowded social life, but this is another step toward our de-Islamization .
And since I want to be bad today, an sms sent abroad, costs me a fortune .
For what ? Nothing .
