Update
The deal with the pink house is officially dead. Sounds like the seller is going to try to hide the $17,000+ in required repairs under the rug and dupe some other unsuspecting buyer. Not us though.
I feel relieved, to be honest, and am pretty excited to begin the search for a house again. It's been a few months since we stopped looking, so there's already a bunch of new listings that show promise. Gonna drive around this weekend to see what we can find.

I haven't had much time to really go through the pictures I have so far and explain all that happened. Not sure what to say really, other than it went surprisingly well and despite this being a particularly rough first week of marriage, Sarah and I continue to grow closer together with each passing day.
