We were supposed to close on that pink house on Thursday, but it's looking highly unlikely that will happen, if it happens at all. There was some termite damage in the rafters that had improper repairwork done. While we were away last week, the seller was supposed to get someone to come in, fix it, and also fix a leak elsewhere in the roof
