I very rarely buy honey in normal shops. I think the quality of such honey may be debatable, for example honey shouldn't be exposed to light for long. I try to stay away from honey imported from another country. It's better to buy from local producents. Today my mother went to a market and bought three jars of wonderful honey. Today was my first time eating cranberry dark bread (I've eaten one with dried plum, kinda similiar but not quite the same), it's really yummy! Tastes wonderfully with organic yellow cheese (I think that yellow cheese is one of those things that do taste noticeably better when organic or local-- there is a lot of gross yellow cheese out there)

Writing down everything I ate was a good idea. This way I can more clearly see what I can improve in my diet. You know what is my favorite kind of food? Food that you don't buy, but go and find it by yourself XDD Once I had no money at all, went to the nearest meadow and helped myself with mirabelles and apples :P Both were sour, but I really enjoyed eating them, also picking them (and it was a lovely rainy day).
