Sadness....
Steve Colton, my high school band director, died of a heart attack two days ago in Idaho, after vacationing in Yellowstone National Park. He was only 58 - one year younger than my dad. I went to high school (and college in Michelle's case) with his kids. I'm very sad because it's such a waste - but it also worries me a lot because my dad's already got an arrhythmia that's controlled by meds.
