Being a Johnny fan often feels like being a doting mother.
It gets conflicting when you want him to enjoy, sow the seed for the future and yet do well at the same time. It gets... intense.
Oh Johnny, I want you to have fun and create a fan base for your future beyond figure skating, I understand that, but honey World's is in a few weeks.
This is what happened that last time too. I can already see the whiny posts of non-fans blaming the Oscars and LA for whatever happens in Worlds.
I really hope that Galina has a strict plan for you while you're in LA. And that you're not overly tired. And that you actually enjoyed yourself in LA even though you had to work.

I attended one of the most awkward bridal showers ever. Friends, when I get married, please do not let the mother anywhere near the planning of the bridal shower. Keep her far far far away.
