In other news, a busy week is ahead. Graduate fair in Manchester tomorrow and I must be smarter than smart to meet the Civil Service representatives! They don't go to many careers fairs, so tomorrow is a big opportunity to get ahead in the fast stream. People have been puzzled about my choice to apply to the civil service after my background in archaeology. I really like the idea of being part of the government of this country and being an analyst for the Civil Service would be an amazing chance to use all my research skills. Everyone keep your fingers crossed! The fast stream process is mega competitive and they have reduced the number of places this year.
Thursday I am in Liverpool, trying to sort out my dissertation :-S Bad times. On the happy side I am going to go to Lush and stock up on a few essentials before the possible VAT rise next week. Lush put up their prices up a bit more than the VAT rise last time. Friday - MORE DISSERTATION :-(
Need to find some more time to write fanfic/watch spooks/ashes to ashes - need to get my priorities sorted obviously :-)
