Not been the best week for various reasons. Am now stuck doing applications for funding, which are very very hard and require you to distill your research into about 800 words. I am just concentrating on getting shortlisted at the mo, which would be a phenomenal achievement in itself, considering the fierce competition I am up against. If I get shortlisted, I would have to present my ideas to a funding panel, which would be unbelievably scary. This term is totally, unfathomably hard. The reading just piles itself on top of you.
My biggest fear is that I will screw up this amazing oppourtunity and that I am letting down all these fantastic people I am working with. Their good opinion and respect means the world to me. Everyone keep your fingers crossed to me.
Anyhoo, I am having pancakes tonight! YAYS for dairy based piles of WIN!
