Summary: A routine hunt goes dangerously wrong when Sam and Dean discover that they're being stalked by the alpha werewolf, child of Eve, who will stop at nothing to pay back Sam Winchester for a wrong he committed during the soulless year he can't remember. The alpha isn't like any werewolf they've seen before: he's massive, a wolf through and through, with powers Sam and Dean never imagined. Though they manage to kill the creature, Sam doesn't escape unscathed, sick and injured from the possibly fatal werewolf bite. Together Sam and Dean must navigate Sam's transformation into werewolf, with all the dangers that accompany it. At the full moon, after Sam almost kills an innocent human during his change, Dean discovers the primal needs of the werewolf-all of them. Though Sam is wracked with guilt, Dean couldn't ever hurt his brother; together, they must figure out how to survive.
Notes and Warnings: Written for spn_j2_bigbang. Contains bestiality (well, pseudo-bestiality?), knotting, and brief mentions of sexual and physical abuse in a casefile. Spoilers for Season 6. Acknowledgments at the end!
