Oh dear god, is this an actual LJ post? i can't believe I'm doing this, especially because people hardly use LJ anymore.
Well, for those of you who are aware of where I am currently, here are a lot of pictures of the first three weeks.
Their chicken nuggets are fucking AWESOME. I don't know why....Yes, the sign is in Arabic.
So this is a plane that was shot down back in 1991 when we stormed all up in here and wrecked Iraq's shit (part of the Gulf War). It's really cool, although everything in it has been gutted (by SOMEONE'S military, not sure whose, it's a toss up between the Iraquis, Kuwaitis, or us).
Literally a few feet down from the plane crash there was this Jeep. I fucking want one just like it. Except is has a retarded hand-welded roll cage made out of incredible flimsy metal pipes. Shit wouldn't save no one of that bitch rolled over.
this was the sandstorm that hit us a few days ago. Sand in places there shouldn't be sand in.... (insert sandy vagina joke here)
And this is by far one of the coolest things I've seen here (the coolest would be, without a doubt, the Predator's flying/chillin in a hangar). This tank was bombed right where it sits. There's shrapnel everywhere around it, STILL (I'm assuming this happened back during the Gulf War as well).
And these little guys are so cute. They're like rat sized gerbils and they scurry around during early morning.
