I ate out on Friday, and I made a pig of myself on Saturday (must avoid the chocolate chunk chewy granola bars in future). I was pretty good the rest of the week. I wound up weighing 246.4 lbs. this morning.
I'd like to make a formal complaint against sugar free candies. Far too often, I've fallen for the "SUGAR FREE" in large font on the front of the packaging, only to realize far too late that there's a warning that "excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect." Well, in some cases, 2/3 of a recommended serving is enough for me.
