Saw Deathly Hallows with Catin and Kerstie at the Podium last night. I really enjoyed it. The story was tight and relatively accurate. It's more emotionally-charged than the others. I could feel the intensity and the impending doom, even at the beginning. I got teary-eyed at the Dobby scene, and I don't even like Dobby! What state I'll be in when I watch the second part, I can't imagine. :(
I also liked Hermione and Harry's dance scene, even if it was a bit cheesy. I wanted to see Dudley being nice to Harry on their parting, but I guess it wasn't really that important, anyway. I kinda missed Lily's letter, though. I would have wanted to see that plot point played out on the second part. But as long as the movies give justice and ample screen time to the explanation of Professor (Headmaster) Snape's character in the end, I'll be fine with it. (Yeah, I'm a masochist. I want my heart broken when I watch part 2.)
Although I wish Professor Snape had more scenes on this movie, too. I don't think I'll ever grow tired of declaring this, but I really love Snape so much! ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ :(
PS
Bill Weasley was HOT!!!!! (If that's how he looks like horribly disfigured though, I wonder how he looked like originally. XD)
