For the pie crust:
2 + 1/2 Cups of all-purpose flour (using the scoop and level method)
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Cup (2 Sticks) Unsalted butter
6-8 Tablespoon of ice cold water
For the filling:
4 Green apples
2 Tablespoon of flour
4 Tablespoons of granulated sugar
1+ 1/2 Teaspoons of cinnamon
1 Teaspoon of cardamom
