Lavender cupcake recipe?
So a friend of mine wants me to bake some lavender cupcakes for a party she is throwing. It would be a great way to get my name out there but I have never baked with lavender before and need a good recipe for some cupcakes. Preferably a recipe you have tried before so I can get an idea of what it is supposed to taste like.
Another question I had was about cupcake size. I went to a Gigi's cupcakes today and noticed their "normal" size cupcakes are actually quite bigger than ones I bake in a normal 12 count muffin pan. Do the basic pan sizes range in diameter? Is there a specific type I need to get for mine to be that big as well or is it a technique they are possibly using?
