Neopolitan Cake
I got a request to do a neopolitan cake. It's sort of short notice, so I was going to just use a mix. It doesn't need to be very big, so I want to use just one box of the mix. I've seen recipes for strawberry cake where you just add some strawberry jello mix. I was thinking I could mix up one box of the vanilla cake mix and take a third of it and add some strawberry jello powder to one third and maybe some chocolate pudding mix to another third of it. Does this sound reasonable? Has anyone tried it before?
