So I need some help deciding what I am going to make for the Belmont Shores Chocolate Festival that is on Febuary 5th. There are 3 categories; best chocolate cake or pie, best chocolate cookie or brownie, and best unique chocolate treat. i just finished making this cake tonight and it's the best chocolate cake i've ever made! i've made it at least 5 or 6 times now, and i had people bowing at my feet. for real!

suuuuper moist and perfect chocolate cake with chocolate mousse inside and covered with ganache. SOOOO GOOOOOD.

my best friend made this for me over the weekend. it's an intense cake. the chocolate cake is soooo awesome but the pb and ganache really make it overly awesome!
