I don't know what that is, but it sounds vaguely insulting so I'm going to say no.

It's not. It's a blog where they post bad professional cakes every day of the week except Sunday, when they post good cakes ("Sunday Sweets"). Occassionally they post non-professional cakes as well. You should look it up; there are some really funny cakes on there (and some really nice ones on Sundays).
