More Valentine's cupcakes

Red velvet w/ cream cheese frosting & filling. We were also celebrating Lunar New Year so the red was perfect :)

The cake was a box mix and I used this recipe for the frosting:

1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar (I didn't know what "white" meant; I used granulated but maybe it meant confectioner's..)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 cups heavy cream (actually I only used 1 and even then, this frosting wasn't super pipe-able, probably wouldn't hold up if left outside the fridge too long)
