lowfat strawberry muffins

Jan 04, 2009 14:54

I finally have a working digital camera again so you'll be graced with pictures of food from me more often~

I made strawberry muffins yesterday, and they are still perfect today. Moist, sweet, almost taste like strawberry pancakes but not quite. The perfect breakfast food, for me :)

Pictures & recipe, as always! )

quick breads and muffins, berries, lowfat

These look great!

I might have to try these out, they look great. I might try to throw in some flax as well. Yum.
