Phantom thieves are mostly preoccupied with things of value, but not everything that is valuable can, or should, be stolen. Only good thieves recognize what items are ripe for the taking, and which ones should be left alone.
... what determines whether something is valuable to you? Something shiny and expensive~? Something of sentimental value? Or perhaps there's more to it than that?
