To accompany this command, the video feed shows the face of one (1) phantom thief dressed in a white suit, cape, top hat aaand monocle. The latter two items make it incredibly difficult to discern his identity, and if you're trying to figure out where he's located based on background music or clues... well. He's keeping the video feed trained on him and the pursuing Officer Jenny, so the surrounding Route can't be seen, and the radio is on to drown out any telling music.
Oh, and if you attempt to find out who the gear is registered to by checking the post... you'll find that it's registered under the name 'Kaitou Kid.']
Trainers are only allowed to own one Pokegear! Return the Pokegear you stole this instant, thief! Stop in the name of the law!

[Suddenly, the thief stops running and whips around to face Officer Jenny, who looks so startled by the cessation of his fleeing that she halts to stare at him with wide eyes. Before she can do anything, he takes her hand and bows at her, tipping his hat as he does so]
I will, however, stop to give the lovely young officer a compliment. Your determination is most admirable, Miss!
[The Jenny stutters and blushes as he brushes a kiss on the back of her hand, pulls away, nods at her with a ~*charming wink*~, turns back to the gear to tip his hat a the video feed (because he turned the video on purposefully just so Johto could see Kid in action-- always better to have a bit of exposure to his audience before performing a heist, after all) aaaand takes off down the route again. The feed cuts out shortly afterward.
... Kaito has stolen a Pokegear to preserve his anonymity over the network. Which probably means Johto will be seeing a certain phantom thief more often than they were before]
