I have been trying to eat better
Not a cold-turkey to horrible foods and soda, I might explode if I had to cut myself off from them right away
However, I am saying hell no to crap fast food like McDonalds and Taco Bell
Seeing how they were the only two fast food places open late at night when I was doing schoolwork, they were eaten far too much
So cutting them out of my diet will be much better
Instead I am trying to drink more water and tea (I found out I rather like blueberry white tea and vanilla chai) with the occasional soda
And I am making runs to Target to get a small amount of groceries (around 40 or so dollars total)
Shrimp, gnocchi, curry chicken, bolthouse farms drinks, bread, cashews, peanutbutter crackers, etc
Its a tiny step in a different direction because I have found that I am actually quite happy now that I am eating healthier
It might be a bunch of different things like the movie I was in being over, the school semester ending, more therapy sessions, etc
But I like to think that I am helping myself physically and emotionally
That being said, my sister just came in and had Sally on the phone and asked if I wanted something from McDonalds
I mean yesterday I gave myself a rule that I could eat crap foods on just the weekends
I think of it as weening myself off the bad stuff, maybe eventually I won't want it at all

For my alternative processes class I made little ballerina assassins and scanned in gaudy frames to put them in
I will be printing them in the platinum palladium process (which is gorgeous and relatively easy, my favorite process by far)
These are just my three favorites, I have two others
I will post when they are done in the palladium process as well
Until then I am going to finish my last couple of assignments darlings
