Whoa, long time no see. I just didn't see the point in ranting about different things anymore, mostly because too many things were going on... Stupid drama things, but things nonetheless. Basically, I lost a friend, it was a ridiculous, I don't really care anymore. The only thing that hit me the hardest was that Eleanor (my guinea pig, to refresh) died on Dec. 29th. Four years with him.. Yeah that was a fun way to start New Years. It still feels so damn lonely in my room. He died in my arms. I fucking hate vets.
But.. Let's move on, shall we? To recap 2009: Been taking more classes, still no job, taking art commissions (go to DA page), probably got the swine flu, had a great summer, lost a friend, had a great birthday, got a PS3, had an awesome christmas, Eleanor died which wasn't awesome, but had an awesome tea party with friends.
Yeah I think I got the swine flu a couple months ago, lol. The only reason I say that is because it was the worst flu I've ever had. I never get fevers or chills or body aches. According to the possibly innaccurate thermometor I had a fever of 101. :/ whatever.
Right now the only thing I'm excited about is to play Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. I don't have a wii, so I had to wait for the PS2 version to come out, and I got it yesterday! That was amazing, Amazon said I'd get it Feb. 4, they shipped it on friday and BOOM got it the next day. There are a few things I didn't like and hated about this game when I first heard about it (one monster, no combat WTF ARARGGHH), but I am still SO EXCITED to play it. I also stupidly spoiled myself on a couple things but I still have hope for the plot as I don't know EVERYTHING and how it connects.
I have to finish Devil May Cry 3 first though, because I hate leaving a game unfinished. I'm on mission 13 or 14 right now, so 4 more missions to go.. oh my god I suck at this game I die at least 10 times per boss. Geryon was the easiest one so far, and I think the hardest is a tie between Beowulf and Agni & Rudra. Vergil #2 was pretty hard but once I figured out exactly how to hit him, it was easy, just tedious.. I beat him with like a sliver of health left omg. I am not looking forward to the final bosses. :/
Also got a chance to play Silent Hill 5. As good as I was expecting (i.e not that great), but I still enjoyed it. Predictable, but I still felt for the characters. Combat... no just give me back the tank-style plz. Origins on the PSP I found to be pretty boring. They should have just made it about Travis instead of including the whole Alessa thing. C'mon we all know everything anyway that game just made it redundant.
I was into Naruto for a short period during spring and summer. Stopped because I didn't want to watch Shippuden in japanese and I hated the scanlations out for it. No I don't want to read the techniques in japanese because I don't know what THE ATTACK IS ARRGHHH STOP BEING WEABOOS AND JUST TRANSLATE IT IN ENGLISH. Orochimaru and Kimimaro were my favorites. Yay villains. From what I did watch of Shippuden, I LOVED the grandma Chiyo. s-she made me cry ;_; I was liking Deidara too. I also really like Hinata. I usually don't like the shy characters so I don't know :] I think I fell in love when she kicked so much ass in that one episode.. with insects.. and she was tied up I think.. I don't remember but yeah. And Rock Lee and Might Guy.. lmao I love them. I also love Tsunade, and I love her more when the animators don't give her jiggle physics. Otherwise though I fucking fangirl her. I'm pretty sure there are more characters but I forget now.
Other than that, been watching Lets Plays on youtube. fun times. I want to do my own but I don't have the equipment and I need to save money for a new computer overall. Classes don't start again until late Feb, so I'm gonna goof off as much as I can otherwise.
