Torres wedged up on Little Man
Torres does wedge up on other doglets, but usually not willingly - this is a case of her being too tolerant of Little Man's propensity to flop down wherever he damn well pleases, Torres be damned. She's actually an excellent babysitter-manners teacher, mostly because she is super-tolerant to a point (and after that, watch out - she's very fond of flipping Little Man over, chewing on him, attempting to rip his ears off, etc. when they're out back, and I think this is due in large part to the fact that she's so very restrained while they're in the house).
And another favorite - I was reminded of Oreos after they came out with the golden kind (nowhere near as good as the peanut butter ones they sell in Asia that I have not seen in the States - YUM. I've had a xiao bao of those more than once for dinner. Tasty!) My mom is still bitter that Hootchie didn't stay with us, like it was MY fault - as I say to everyone who complains about missing X, Y, or Z of my fosters, "Hey, it's not like I don't try to foist them off on you people first!" Hootch was exceptionally pretty - he looked like the Buster Brown dog, and he had god-honest yellow eyes. Very striking. He also loved to crawl in your lap & talk to you when you scritched his shoulders. Awwww.
Kind of like Oreos ...
I miss my doggies, said in the true Shepherd Street style of "doughgies."
