12. 12 episodes of Someday's Dreamers (魔法遣いに大切なこと, Mahō Tsukai ni Taisetsu na Koto, lit. "Things That Are Precious To a Mage"). Quote: "With all my precious feelings in my heart ..."

Continuing the pile from $5 sales from RightStuf, I really like it. There are some changes from the manga but I don't mind given that there are only 12 episodes and 20+ min each, there is so much that one can do with that time slots. I like it all the same and I don't mind the ending, either. It's rather sweet. And the sound track is lovely.

The last 19 episodes of Master Keaton. Spoilers

------------

57. 1 volume of Two flowers for the dragon (Ryū no Hanawazurai 龍の花わずらい).

Written and illustrated by Nari Kusakawa

from CMX website:
Nari Kusakawa (THE RECIPE FOR GERTRUDE and THE PALETTE OF 12 SECRET COLORS) cooks up a funny and romantic new adventure. Teenage Shakuya is the next head of the Dragon Clan - and she can actually turn into a real dragon. As if that's not enough, she also finds herself with two fiancés! The first vanished years ago and has now returned, but the new guy is not about to step aside. So Shakuya will wait a year, then marry the man she loves the most. Magic tattoos on both of Shakuya's hands, will help her to decide. Each one represents one of her suitors and as her love grows, so do her tattoos!

Some points:
Cute story. I like Kuwan better than Lucien just because he has dark hair :)
It must be rough to have 2 handsome fiance to choose from. I hope that her handmaiden will end up with Lucien since she seems to be smitten by him ;) that'd solve the love triangle thing. On the other hand, the mangaka may throw a curve and Kuwan turned out to be a bad guy - since he's aloof and could be calculating anyway. Btw, what's with the eye patch? arrrr (I know bad pirate joke!)

Bottom line, will check out #2.

58. 1 volume of Your and my secret (僕と彼女の×××, Boku to Kanojo no Peke Mittsu).

from TokyoPop website:
Nanako is the belle of her high school--just as long as she stays quiet. Once she shows her true self, guys' dreams are shattered because she is a tomboy! Meanwhile, Akira has the looks and brains--but his personality is so dull nobody notices him. But one day Nanako's grandfather comes up with crazy, life-altering invention and Nanako and Akira are forced to keep a very big secret: When they switch bodies with each other, will they ever want to go back?!

Some points:
- An alternate title for this manga series is My Barbaric Girlfriend which I like better.
- It's hilarious. I like it so much that I search for her other series and read them, too. I got some in Japanese, though (Yamada Taro and Maniatamitsu(?)) Anyway, I hope that this won't be canceled by Tokyopop.

Bottom line, I already preordered #2, enough said ;)

Continuing Series:
