Comments: my legs were sore from yesterday's run. but i still gave it my all. drenched in sweat all over my face and i LOVED every moment of it! THIS gives me hope. i just gotta work on my time to help me finish on a quicker time. although i fear that cycling in the gym is completely different from cycling on the road. gotta work on that in time.. legs were weak after the 50 minute cycling session. but felt unbelievably awesome in the end. started working on upper body strength training.. hopefully i'll find a good workout routine soon so i can keep to schedule. oh ya, i joined the gym today. 30 bucks til October 1st if i'm not mistaken. ;) lets keep this goin! first full set of workout for each activity. still goin strong, i hope. :D
