Dogtown, Gloucester?

It's not too bad. We got off-trail towards the end, but I've only been there in early spring and I think the trail will be more clear this time of year.

You may have found this map already:

I have seen no werewolves as of yet!

I did find that, and printed it up. Also according to an official Gloucester website, one can get maps of Dogtown at the Gloucester tourist info center. So I think we'll go there first and see if it is a different map, and see if the people there know much about the trail conditions. If they advise against it, we'll just go beach combing instead :-)

We didn't care for it. Muddy, mosquitoes, and trails that go nowhere, leaving us backtracking for hours. :( Not all that exciting or spectacular when we found the boulders, I thought. The Fells in Medford are almost more interesting as a hike.

But having a hand held map courtesy of synaesthesia, along with bug spray, should set you up much better than we were!

Hm, doesn't sound too promising. But we do have that map, and also I found that there are supposed to be maps at the Gloucester tourist info center. Hopefully the people working there will have some idea about the trail conditions and whether going is a good idea or not. If it's not, we'll just go beach combing instead :-)
