Oh man, 24 feet (?) is quite a bit more than I'm used to for silks. Fun though! Yesterday was a very pleasant time spent helping raise klingonlandlady and frobzwiththingz's backyard aerials rig. It turns out there is enough room on it to do two rotations of the neat vertical ramone thing I learned in California, though switching between the first and second rotation would need a bit of work to get it smooth, and that move eats clothing like a starving goat.
Anyway, lots of people I didn't know, but not too scary after the first while. The rig raising was followed by lots of playing on silks and grilling and schmoozing, so :)
