Well, that's taken care of.
Imagine, if you will, the looks on the faces of the people running Registration this morning when they saw that last year's World Champion has regressed so much that he no longer needs to shave and probably won't start again for another year or two.
Now imagine how my morning went after that.
Actually, what happened was quite interesting. They've actually decided that they'd rather believe that Tanomi is the Trunks that won the World Tournament last year and that Trunks is his totally unknown kid brother or something like that. Either way, Trunks gets to compete in the adult division because he's in high school, and the promoters are absolutely giddy because now they're convinced that "there's two of him!". Honestly. *rolls eyes*
So they're both getting ready to compete. And Trunks no longer hates me for being a bad mom and tearing him away from his training last weekend.
As for me? Well, I'm getting ready to get some food. ChiChi and I are treating our granddaughters to whatever they want for lunch before the adult competition starts (I just hope wherever they pick makes a decent salad. I'm not sure why, but I could really go for a salad right now). Their match for the Junior Division title just finished up, and it was very close! We're extremely proud of both of them. ^_~
