For some unknown reason, the Doctor was peering at Jack’s head and although it was making him uncomfortable, Jack tried to laugh it off.
“What’s up, you find a grey hair?”
He wasn’t expecting the answer he got. “Yep! Right here.” A fingertip prodded the top of Jack’s head.
“What? No! There can’t be! Pull it out! I’m too young and good-looking to go grey!”
“You don’t want him to do that!” Rose warned, glancing up from her magazine. “If you pull it out, two more will take its place!”
“That’s an old wives’ tale,” the Doctor said, and pulled.
