Summary: It’s been an exhausting night, Ianto doesn’t want to do anything, but someone is demanding attention.

A/N: Double drabble.
“Give it a rest, Jack,” Ianto muttered, trying to brush away the unwanted attention. He was worn out from the latest in a series of Rift retrievals that had kept the two of them up most of the night, and all he had the energy for was slumping wearily on the battered old sofa. He was too tired to even consider trying to make it to the nearest bed, if the old army cot in Jack’s bunker could be described as such, and he certainly wasn’t up to anything that would require energy, such as satisfying Jack’s… appetites.
“Did you say something?” That was Jack’s voice, coming not from the sofa beside him, but from what passed for the Hub’s kitchen, and Ianto forced his eyes open as his lover appeared, carrying two steaming mugs.
“You were poking me.”
“No I wasn’t,” Jack protested. “I was making tea.”
“If it wasn’t you, then…” Slowly Ianto turned towards the last item they’d retrieved, a curious looking plant they’d ‘potted up’ in an empty takeaway carton they’d found nearby and pressed into service.
The plant waved a tendril at him.
Ianto blinked. “Oh. I think our guest would like a drink too.”
