“What is this, some sort of ice age?” Donna pulled her thick fur coat more tightly around her.
“Of course not, just winter. Lovely, isn’t it? All the snow and the trees.”
“Cold is what it is. There aren’t any dangerous animals around here, are there? I wouldn’t want to run into a polar bear. In this coat I might be mistaken for its mate.”
“Don’t worry, nothing with a backbone evolved on this planet.”
“So why are we here?”
“To see the migration of the polar slugs! One of the wonders of the universe.”
“Slugs? Here?”
“They’re very fluffy.”
