Jack appreciates that Ianto's job is not as easy as he makes it look. Ianto always comes up with just the right solution. The team are perfectly capable of fetching their own coffee,and Jack IS the boss after all. Though they both make an exception for Tosh, who doesn't take it for granted, but wouls still be the first to fetch her own
