She isn’t Rose Tyler anymore, she’s the Bad Wolf, and she exists throughout space and time. She’s everywhere and everywhen at once, less barely civilised human being and more primal entity, beyond flesh and blood, mind and body. She’s energy, and she can do anything.
Defeating the Daleks is nothing to her. It’s like unravelling a piece of knitting; find a loose end and pull. The Dalek fleet dissolves from existence.
Giving life proves as simple as taking it. She breathes on the dust, all that remains of Jack Harkness, knitting him together again. Body, mind, spirit, soul.
Job done.
