Ugh

So I finally seem to be over that hellish flu that seems to be plaguing just about every one. Not 100%, but not near death as I was on Thursday. My bed-ridden state lent itself well to playing Professor Layton and the Curious Village. Though I have to wonder how I managed so many puzzles in my acetaminophen-haze. It’s a game that is good for little bursts of play, which is nice in between naps. As I was playing I found that the character designs reminded me of Pop’n Music, among other things.

I mostly love the little collection aspects of the game. The best feeling is beating a puzzle and getting a piece to a certain portrait I’m trying to complete. Or receiving little gizmos in order to piece them together into a helpful little robot dog. These are what keep me coming back to incomplete puzzles.
