It's Friday! It must be time for "ER" badfic...

A Carter/Abby-centric character-death fic. The author promises "lots of Luka bashing" in the summary.

But I can certainly tell you it was all worth.

(After Abby has died)
Susan looked at me with sorrow. "Man, I hate this part."
Well, that's a relief. If the doctor says, "YES! Another one dead!" it's time to change hospitals.

My eyes got teared up as I drove myself into the thought that Abby was dead.
We all wish you'd drive yourself into a lake, but this is a start.

"I was a completely jerk."
As opposed to those half-hearted, unfinished jerks.

(Kerry tells Carter she's sad that Abby has died)
"I am sorry"
"Yeah"
"It must be a terrible pain"
"It is"

I continued searching my locker and I saw a syringe with Vicodin. I took and injected it.
First of all, who keeps syringes in their lockers? Second of all, Vicodin doesn't come in syringe form as far as I know.

I felt a pleasure feeling after taking the Vicodin.
Something we will never experience while reading this.

I felt like someone stabbed me... again. And it wasn't nice.
The day science discovers a way to make getting stabbed pleasurable, I'll be the first in line.

"She made me like coffee and pie."

I stared amuzed to the thing inside it.
Carter is looking at a box full of photos, but I have no idea what this means.

I picked a syringe and put the box over the chest of drawers again. Then I made my way to the balcony and injected the drugs in my vain.
Again, who keeps syringes in with the photo albums?

I didn't know how much Vicodin was on the syringe.
Frankly, I'd be more concerned with how much Vicodin is IN the syringe.

Well, things with her were a bit predictable. Or not. It was full of surprises.
Make up your mind!

And then I'd reach into my pocket to pick a small box. I would open it carefully and gently put it on her ring finger.
I don't know about you, but I'd rather have a ring instead of a small box.

They [her eyes] were so misterious yet they were so revealers.
Revealing - unlike this fic.
