Hey! Did anyone see what it's doing outside?

[Burter has amassed small group of children around him through a suave system of candy and being big and blue. He's been holding their attention with his posing (which they seem to enjoy and he, in turn, enjoys the attention) and general boisterousness. [Burter stands by the edge of the beach looking out into the water. There are a few dead monsters around him (though whether he killed them himself or if they were left by others isn't clear), but his chosen beach is mostly untarnished.
