[ Bundled up in her coat and scarf, her hands tucked away in the pockets, Haibara had left Conan's company for a little while to wander about the city. It had been years since she had last been in the States so it was something like a nostalgic trip for her. Even if at the time the stay hadn't been under the best of circumstances. This little walk of her's had taken her to the park where she took notice of the frozen lake. It was mild curiosity that brought her closer. Instead of saying anything the child merely stood by and observed the scene before her. ]
