[Piccolo was sitting on the front steps looking very, very bored. He had been waiting for two weeks to get outside, but now that he was he found himself with nothing to do. His little roommate had returned to her rightful room and now Piccolo didn't have anyone to show off the fruits of his training to, making training feel a little pointless. And

[Holmes as just headed outside when he saw Piccolo, sat alone. Sitting next to him, he gives him a smirk]

You look bored.

[Piccolo side glances at the human. Last time he saw this human he looked a lot worse.]

Bored as death...

I get the feeling we've done this before... only in rougher shape.

[Holmes frowns as he tries to remember]

Yes..I do vaguely remember you..in the Ukraine wasn't it?

Ukraine? Is that were it was? Well from what I remember you barely knew what was going on and I was missing an arm.

[He chuckles.]

Well I guess it's good to see you didn't kick it after all.

[He materializes a glass of water and offers it to him]

Thirsty?

Well that's certainly plausible..and yes, I'm more than happy I didn't 'kick it'

[His eyes widen a little when he materialises the glass of water, but he takes it regardless]

Thank you..so, what have you been doing with yourself since we got back here..? I hope these past weeks haven't been too hard on you

I've been training. I would like to keep my arms from getting blown apart in the future... What have you been up to?

[He materializes another glass for himself. Inwardly smirking at the human's expression when he did so. Clearly he doesn't remember Piccolo doing the same thing on their first encounter. Not that Piccolo expected him to. He was miles away in the head when Piccolo found him]

Not a lot..met a rather interesting ghost..died quite horribly..that was an experience..

[He pulls a face at the memory, but shakes it off]

All in all, nothing really very good for conversation

Died horribly? Ah. I hear that one. Kid ran a hole through my chest a few years back. What happened to you?

[Piccolo is only mildly surprised to hear that the human claims to have died and come back. He's heard of weirder thingslike him being social.]
