More for my reference than anything else, food plan for the next 7 days looks something like:
sat lunch - crudites
sat dinner - spiced rice
sun lunch - lemon chicken with fruity couscous
sun dinner - crudites
mon lunch - leftovers
mon dinner - (out with Sharon)
tues lunch - crudites
tues dinner - sticky chicken with mango couscous
weds lunch - leftover sticky chicken with mango couscous
weds dinner - freezer
thurs lunch - soup/salad
thurs dinner - hearty vegetable soup
fri lunch - leftover hearty vegetable soup
fri dinner - Quinoa, courgette & feta salad
