I had my first proper session at the gym this evening with my personal trainer. I was really nervous about going - kinda afraid the trainer would be 'gymbunnybarbie' but she wasn't. She was.. well basically what I'd like to be - slim but not skinny and gently toned. Also, her name is Paula and she has purple hair
