Direction
So, frustrated as I am with my job(s) situation...I got online to start looking around to see if I could find anything I think I'd like to do in the area. And ended up filling out my FAFSA form, and submitting it. The school code I provided was for KSU, and when it asked the all-important question of whether I'd be persuing a degree in elementary or secondary education, I answered yes.
I'm still interested in Criminal Justice, I'm just not so certain of how I'd make a career of it. But I KNOW that I can be a good teacher, and I know this because I am a DAMN good student.
Not sure yet if I'll go for early childhood or secondary. If I go secondary, not sure if I'll pursue a concentration in English education or Social Sciences. But education is what I keep coming back to. Its what makes the most sense to me. Its what feels right, and really, its what has always felt right.
Hopefully in the fall, I'll be back in school working toward my bachelor's degree in education.
